What are the responsibilities and job description for the Process Quality Manager – National Accounting Center position at WTW?
The Process Quality Manager (PQM) is a key player in the operations management within the National Accounting Center (NAC). This role involves overseeing and managing our comprehensive billing, accounting, and fee management processes. Additionally, the PQM is tasked with identifying areas for improvement and handling both internal and external audits which play a crucial role in WTW’s legal compliance; all while maintaining communication with Management partners on quality review findings and actions required. They will also serve as a backup for the Director of Billing & CSST as needed.

The Role
- Assist the Director of Billing & Client Service Support Team (CSST) in process reviews to ensure Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and WTW compliance.
- Work with Internal and External Auditors.
- Review Process Maps and Responsibility Matrix quarterly.
- Maintain and update process manuals and reference material for billing and client service support teams.
- Attend and lead Change Advisory Board meetings for new or updated processes, including providing training as needed.
- Travel to Mumbai, Manila, and other offices as needed.
- Facilitate annual User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for systems upgrades.
- Run and maintain financial reports and SOX controls related to Fee and Policy Revenue on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development as well as Design Governance on new processes and process improvements.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
