Responsibilities entail teaching core undergraduate and MBA Marketing courses on the UCF Main Campus and the Downtown Campus. There is also an expectation for continuing contributions in research and service per college and department standards.Minimum Qualifications : Lecturer : At the time of appointment, applicants must hold a doctorate in Marketing or a closely related field from an accredited institution.Applicants must be academically qualified under AACSB standards to teach at both the master's and undergraduate levels.A minimum of two years of full-time university teaching experience, or the equivalent part-time experience.A sustained commitment to teaching large classes in a non-traditional setting is a must.Teaching, research, and service record must be commensurate with rank.Associate Lecturer : At the time of application, applicants must hold a doctorate in Marketing or a closely related field from an accredited institution.Teaching, research, and service record must be commensurate with rank.Preferred Qualifications : Lecturer : Prior success in delivering instruction to large enrollment courses.Demonstrated success in graduate teaching.Engaged in an active research stream leading to publications in peer-reviewed journals.Experience in curriculum and / or program development.Associate Lecturer : Experience teaching graduate-level courses.Prior success in delivering instruction to large enrollment courses.Demonstrated success in graduate teaching.Engaged in an active research stream leading to publications in peer-reviewed journals.Experience in curriculum and / or program development.Additional Application Materials Required : UCF requires all applications and supporting documents be submitted electronically through the Human Resources employment opportunities website, https : / / www.ucf.edu / jobs / .
