What You’ll Do :
Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for a variety of patients, including dogs, cats, and exotic animals (small mammals, reptiles, birds, etc.).
Diagnose and treat illnesses, perform routine and complex surgeries, and ensure top-tier patient outcomes.
Collaborate with a team of 12 dedicated professionals , including experienced technicians and support staff.
Educate pet owners on preventative care, treatment plans, and post-surgical care .
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with veterinary standards.
What We’re Looking For :
DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution.
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Pennsylvania .
Experience working with both small and exotic animals is preferred.
Must be comfortable performing surgeries (spays, neuters, soft tissue, etc.).
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent client communication and team collaboration abilities.
Compensation & Benefits :
Base Salary : $100K – $125K Production Incentives
