About the job Wunderkind is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Professional Services to lead a large, high-impact team and drive exceptional client outcomes. In this role, you will oversee a team of specialists - engineers, QA analysts, designers, and project managers - while managing a $20MM+ book of business spanning top-tier brands. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can navigate complexity with confidence, and is passionate about delivering excellence at scale. You’ll drive operational success, set a high bar for performance, and elevate both your team and the broader organization. Key Responsibilities Lead & develop a cross-functional Professional Services team, ensuring high performance and continuous growth. Own client outcomes from onboarding through renewals, ensuring seamless execution, technical excellence, and measurable impact. Drive operational excellence, optimizing processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and revenue impact. Manage team performance, setting clear expectations, providing actionable feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales to align on goals and enhance client value. Solve complex challenges, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation. Ensure quality and consistency in project execution, resource allocation, and technical solutions. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in professional services, client success, or a related field, with a strong track record of leadership. Proven people management experience, leading teams that deliver high-value technical and strategic services. Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to build trust, manage escalations, and drive long-term success. Deep operational expertise, with a track record of improving processes and increasing efficiency at scale. Strong business acumen, with an understanding of revenue impact, team productivity, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with marketing technology, integrations, and technical project management is a plus. Familiarity with Jira, ticketing systems, and workflow automation is a bonus. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
