About The Role
As the AVP of Global Strategy Consulting, you will play a critical leadership role in guiding the strategic direction of Wunderkind's global sales and growth strategy efforts. This role requires a seasoned leader who can effectively mentor a team, influence high-level stakeholders, and develop innovative strategies that drive revenue growth and client success. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of strategists, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Sales Enablement & Growth Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to support global sales teams in navigating complex client conversations, identifying new revenue opportunities, and closing deals effectively. Guide teams in effectively handling objections, setting appropriate client expectations, and delivering value-driven narratives.
Industry Leadership & Representation: Act as a key marketing leader in the retail landscape, representing Wunderkind at prominent industry events, speaking engagements, and conferences. Serve as a thought leader, driving conversations around performance marketing, customer engagement strategies, and retail innovation.
Thought Leadership & Innovation: Collaborate with senior leaders to refine Wunderkind’s GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy for new products, market expansions, and strategic initiatives. Guide the creation of sales materials, product positioning strategies, and client engagement frameworks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive a cohesive strategy that supports business growth. Act as a bridge between teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in a leadership role and a proven track record of success within strategy consulting, sales enablement, or a related function.
- 5 years in a Marketing leadership role
- Strong background in managing teams, developing strategies, and driving client success.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of influencing executive stakeholders.
- Experience in developing strategic sales materials, GTM strategies, and high-level client narratives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Salary : $155,000 - $180,000
