We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help Wunderkind UX design and deliver intuitive, scalable, and engaging AI / ML-powered experiences. You have a strong portfolio of prior SaaS design work and thrive in solving and shipping complex, multi-dimensional problems.Who you are :
You are a talented Senior Product Designer experienced in designing for complex SaaS applications. Reporting to the Director of Design, UX, you will play a pivotal role designing and delivering intuitive, scalable, and engaging AI / ML-powered experiences for our users. You thrive in delivering delightful solutions to complex, multi-dimensional problems, and enjoy every step of the design process from planning to shipping. Please note, we will only consider applicants who submit a portfolio of relevant design work.What you'll do :
Report directly to the Director of Design, UXYou'll tackle groundbreaking problems and pioneer design patterns for human-AI interactions, crafting solutions where no precedents existCollaborate closely with researchers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure our product and design strategies are aligned end-to-endCreate user-centered design solutions that successfully deliver desired outcomes for our users and the businessAssist in leading the design, governance, and implementation of the Wunder Design SystemPresent design solutions to senior-level stakeholders and leadership, advocating for UX across Wunderkind and the needs of our usersConduct in usability testing and user research to gather insights and feedbackMentor junior members of the teamWhat you have : 5 years of relevant experience designing complex, B2B SaaS productsExpertise in Figma and advanced prototyping toolsA strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects focused on SaaS and B2B productsExperience conducting user research and usability testing, and the ability to incorporate insights into design decisionsA systems thinking mindset when approaching your workA proven ability take ownership and deliver impactful solutions in a dynamic environmentAbility to thrive in ambiguity, skillfully shaping clear strategies and design solutions from complex, undefined challenges.Been a key player in designing, building, and maintaining design systems for large product ecosystemsStrong execution and communications skills, storytelling skills with a proven track record of leading design projects from ideation, to engineering handoff, to product launchA growth mindset that is always finding ways to level-up your skills with improved processes, tools, and insightsLevel-ups : Experience in MarTechExperience designing multi-modal, outcome based interfacesExperience designing for marketing technology or for large, enterprise SaaS ecosystemsExperience with HTML / CSS / SASS, Javascript, React, and / or other front-end tools to build code-based prototypesIf you are a passionate and experienced product designer with a track record of designing successful enterprise SaaS products, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to help blaze the trail with Wunderkind UX!

This role can be based out of our headquarters in New York City or our office in Indianapolis.
The base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
