We are looking to add a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to our People team. The Senior TAM will be a high level individual contributor, focusing on our GTM function.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent, both passive and active
- Global, full cycle recruiting across our commercial teams
- Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and feedback.
- Collect and analyze feedback from candidates to improve the overall recruitment process
- Create a positive candidate experience regardless of outcome; be a strong WKND brand ambassador
- Manage entire candidate process, including offer negotiation, offer presentation and close
- Regularly report on talent pipeline stats against hiring needs and goal
- Network and identify opportunities to further develop Wunderkind's social and professional networks to drive referrals; develop and coordinate events that draw potential talent to the Wunderkind brand both online and offline
- 6 years full-life-cycle experience in SaaS GTM sales recruiting, specifically sourcing & recruiting candidates with B2B senior enterprise sales experience
- Expert level use of Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Global, full cycle recruiting across our commercial teams (US & EMEA)
- Experience closing candidates, and selling total compensation packages
- Experience negotiating and pitching candidates against competing offers and companies
- Superior organizational skills with a strong attention to detail along with the ability to handle confidential and proprietary information
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport internally and externally
- Experience working on a variety of job requisitions at different levels simultaneously
- Data- centric; able to interpret data to make adjustments to recruiting processes
- Proven ability to manage 20 requisitions at any given time, never lowering the bar on candidate experience
- Proven experience utilizing recruiting data to identify opportunities to improve hiring process
- Track record of partnering successfully with senior leadership to drive large-scale programmatic hiring initiatives and ensure alignment on hiring needs.
