Location: This position is open to hire in all of our onsite locations. Hybrid - 3 day in office.

Where you shineThe Senior Operations Manager provides support necessary for client teams and fellow employees to report and successfully track and complete internal and client deliverables. They also provide a deep level of analysis, which enables client teams to make more educated decisions.
What your success will look like- Generate job numbers and grant appropriate access within SAP
- Create SAP and status reports
- Support ongoing RAFT maintenance
- Consolidate and streamline repeatable tasks to develop process efficiencies
- Continuously develop expertise in all internal systems
- Break down complex sets of data into relevant insights for client teams
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years relevant experience in advertising or marketing
- Advanced understanding of internal systems and Business Intelligence Software. i.e Tableau, Power BI
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to show flexibility, willing to work beyond regular business hours, a creative/quick thinker
- Accountable with a strong business acumen
- Must be flexible to travel to events whenever necessary
