What are the responsibilities and job description for the UX Writer position at Wunderman Thompson (DBA VML)?

Which will be your role?
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and user needs.
- Write and edit UX-focused content for web and mobile applications in English and Arabic.
- Craft user-friendly microcopy, tooltips, error messages, and onboarding experiences.
- Conduct user research to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
- A/B test and iterate on copy to optimize user engagement and conversions.
- Ensure consistency in language, tone, and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in UX writing.
- Build, maintain and grow relationships with clients.
What do we expect from You?
- Proven experience as a UX Copywriter or similar role.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX-focused copywriting work.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design tools is a plus.
