Responsibilities
- Recruitment Ownership: Recruiting recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews as needed.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: own the full cycle of onboarding and offboarding processes, including HRIS employee recording, IT set up/hardware management, and orientation.
- Compliance & HR Projects: Par takes in payroll tax compliance and business nexus requirements. Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Help maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, answer employee inquiries regarding benefits, and support the annual benefits renewal process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, provide guidance on HR policies, and assist with resolving employee relations issues.
- Assist with performance review processes, track performance data, and provide administrative support to managers.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, and prepare HR reports as needed.
- Provide partnership / support to non-US regions as needed for HR activities / issues
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR role.
- Foundational understanding of HR functional areas.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace.
