What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Coordinator position at Wurth Group of North America Inc.?
Primary Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Formulate product quotations for customers considering company costs such as freight, duty, handling, mark-up, and average market sales price
• Maintain pricing in SAP for master, customer, and promotion levels
• Generate quarterly price lists
• Perform some month end duties as assigned (GP reporting)
• Work with sales managers on promotion opportunities
• Simulate sales and profit impact on select promotions
• Assist product managers with analyzing market trends, including competitors’ prices and marketing strategies
• Identify and solve product/pricing problems by gathering and analyzing relevant data from internal systems
• Communicate ideas and changes effectively to different departments, leadership, and HQ.
