Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Support all areas of the Operations (Shipping, Receiving, UPS, and Will Call).
- Strong knowledge of SAP to ensure accuracy in entering product received.
- Ensures compliance with all safety guidelines.
- Provide employee orientation and training within the various and/or needed departments.
- Suggest and assist to implement methods to increase productivity, accuracy, efficiency, positive employee participation, and to reduce warehouse errors.
- Works with Warehouse Operations management team to exceed all group goals.
- Ensures proper housekeeping within the warehouse.
- Ability to multi-task and support various areas effectively.
- Provide communication to Warehouse leadership on performance of staff and notify of a possible disciplinary measure that may need to be taken.
- Provide employee training and orientation to department personnel.
- Perform other duties or assignments.
- Custom tint stains and pigmented colors.
- Set up and maintain a color match recordkeeping system.
- Answer lacquer end user technical inquiries about coating products, systems and application questions.
- Maintain inventory control of the distributors coating inventories with the assistance of the Purchasing Department.
- Accurately process shipping/receiving documents from distributor.
- Ability to take orders from customers via various methods; will call, telephone, and e-mail.
- Report on all activities to the Product Sales Specialist
- Work various duties in the warehouse which include, but are not limited to pulling laminate and hardware orders and load trucks.
- Interacts with customers on a daily basis and ensures orders and samples are delivered in a timely manner.
- Schedule hazardous waste material to assure safely protocol is conducted.

- SAP experience required
- Prior warehouse experience 1year
- Professional communication skills
- Woodworking industry experience preferred
- Prefer a minimum of 1 year in Customer Service experience.
- Requires the ability to read and write in English and to understand numerical and alphabetical sequences.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders and spend significant periods of time each day in physical labor.
