The Maintenance Assistant reports to the Maintenance Director and is responsible for assisting with the efficient function of physical, plant, and environmental systems as well as the appearance and upkeep of the community grounds.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, steam, electric power, gas, or air required for operations.
- Complete preventive maintenance under direction of the Maintenance Director.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduation from an appropriate technical/trade school preferred, but not required.
