Wusong Road , celebrated as one of the top 20 Tiki Bars in the world and featured in People magazine’s top 50 most beautiful bars in the country, is seeking a hospitality-driven bartender to join our team. We are also recognized by Conde Nast Traveller as one of Boston’s standout bars / restaurants and listed in Eater Boston’s Essential 38.
About Us : Our menu features small Asian-inspired tapas crafted by Chef Jason Doo, known for his work at Fairmont Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels, Menton, and Woods Hill Table. From dumplings to steamed baos, everything is made from scratch. Our front-of-house hospitality team, led by John Shin (Aureole NYC, Tasting Counter, MIDA Boston), provides a high level of service in a casual setting, guiding guests through our classical Tiki menu and modern rifts.
Position : Bartender
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional guest service by picking up on social cues and ensuring a seamless experience in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of liquor (with a focus on rum), Tiki culture, and mixed drink preparation; willingness to learn is also valued.
- Maintain rigorous health and sanitation standards, ensuring the freshness of fruit and juices, and overall cleanliness of the bar and preparation areas.
- Serve bar high-top tables and assist with table service as needed.
- Fulfill a leadership role when working with Bar Apprentices, delegating tasks with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
