Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Middletown. As a key member of our Site Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading the quality and compliance aspects of new facility construction and qualification.
- Develop and implement quality systems to meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
- Lead and/or supervise quality issue resolution to ensure smooth project progression.
- Collaborate with other Site Leaders to coordinate quality and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer communication and satisfaction.
- Perform job-specific tasks in compliance with applicable Regulations, International Standards, and Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical, Chemical or analytical sciences, Master's and PE preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent in pharmaceutical quality assurance and/or facility and equipment qualification.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
