Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative, predictive, and operating maintenance on boiler and related equipment
• Maintain strict adherence to all safety-related policies, rules, and regulations
• Operate natural gas-fired boilers to generate steam that supplies heat for buildings or industrial processes
• Troubleshoot utility systems during unplanned shutdowns, minimizing equipment downtime
• Network and work closely with other members of the maintenance team on all related utilities
The Requirements for this position include:
• 3 years' experience in the maintenance of large steam boilers and refrigeration equipment
• Valid black seal high-pressure license
• High school diploma or general education degree
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
