Job Summary
- Responsible for overseeing the storage, handling, and distribution of material and products, maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and optimizing warehouse operations to support business effectiveness
- Leading warehouse team, implement best practices, and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure supply for production.
- Responsible for GMP materials, products and samples receiving, delivery, storage in warehouse, and ensure that daily operation meets the requirements of SOP and GMP regulations.
- Responsible for warehouse capacity design, storage area planning, visualization, equipment management and other rational advancement.
- Manage inventory accuracy, track stock levels, and perform regular audits to maintain compliance and reduce discrepancies.
- Manage of Fixed Assets for receiving, counting, labeling, retiring, transfer etc.
- Execute personnel recruiting, labor discipline, assessment, etc.
- The key personnel training and talent selection construction, promote talent development, continue to provide talent reserves, build learning team atmosphere and growth mechanism.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including safety protocols, GMP, and proper documentation of product handling.
- Participate in company safety and compliance self-inspection, customer and official GMP audit, etc.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain internally to drive warehouse operation excellence
- Complete the work assigned by the superior
- Responsible for effective analysis and monitoring of data in all aspects of warehouse operations to ensure that the quality, efficiency and cost are in line with the company's development plans.
- Develop, review and approve SOPs regarding warehouse and inventory management.
- Plan and implement the KPI bowler & Daily management work.
- Knowledge of GMP, Pharmaceutical industry background
- Proficient in warehouse management technology
- Strong analytical skills to assess KPIs and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Experience in facilitating and coordinating projects related to daily management and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present findings to management
- Ability to identify issues and develop innovative solutions related to KPI and daily management processes.
- Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring teams to achieve performance goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve efficiency.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
