Join the team of WV Caring Hospice where West Virginians care of West Virginians. A non-profit hospice with over 40 years of experience in delivering care at home and committed to clinical excellence.
As a hospice registered nurse for WV Caring, you have the special opportunity to provide one on one hospice to terminally ill patients in their home. In collaboration with a full hospice interdisciplinary team, your work will be including the development and delivery of a patient specific care plan for the patient and caregivers.
Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered WV license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a registered nurse
- Current CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good time management
- Excellent written and communication skills
