As a Nurse Educator with our organization, you will be a vital member of the nursing administration team, responsible for providing training programs and orientation for the staff at our facility. You will play a key role in ensuring and delivering quality of care for the well-being of our residents. Our diverse settings range from psychiatric/behavioral health care hospitals to long-term care facilities, providing you with a unique opportunity to grow and develop your nursing skills.
Performs professional work at an advanced level. Position is responsible for developing, planning, organizing and implementation of training programs for all staff to ensure knowledge and skills of quality care and regulatory compliance. This is a multi-faceted position, requiring excellent organizational and communication skills in interacting with all departments and staff. Performs related duties as required. Demonstrated computer skills are required. Shift assignment is subject to change per operational need. Mandatory overtime is an essential function of this position.
Applicants selected for employment must successfully complete a chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug testing for probable cause as set forth in agency and bureau policies. Applicants must successfully pass a background check. Minimum Qualifications
Education: None.
Licensure/Certifications: Current West Virginia licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Experience: Three (3) years of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in nursing.

Pay: $32.42 - $48.63 per hour
