General Description: These positions provide support in a variety of social services activities in an assist role. Work entails extensive client engagement, requiring the adept handling of responsibilities independently and in consultation with professionals. Specific areas of assignment may necessitate specialized training. Primary responsibilities may include assisting adult and child/youth services staff by facilitating client transportation, overseeing visits, managing documentation, providing client oversight, and/or providing essential clerical support. These positions work independently and collaboratively under the guidance of professional staff. These positions may deal with and address potentially sensitive situations that are potentially dangerous to both client and worker. The use of a personal vehicle for local travel and mandatory overtime may be required. Perform related work as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or the equivalent.
Experience: None.
Special Requirements: Valid driver’s license.
