General Description:
These positions perform work within the area of child protective services. Work involves extensive client contact, including overseeing clients and communicating with community resources, providers, and placement facilities. They obtain, review, and distribute reports containing vital casework information; coordinate administrative tasks; provide active assistance to caseworkers in critical responsibilities; provide well-informed recommendations to child protective service workers. These positions are responsible for ensuring payments for services, finalizing documentation, and submitting reimbursements promptly. The use of a personal vehicle for local travel and mandatory overtime may be required. Perform related work as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or the equivalent.
Experience: Two (2) years of full-time or equivalent part-time experience.
Special Requirements: Valid driver’s license. Accessibility to a phone.

Pay: $34,500.00 - $57,500.00 per year
