About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced professional to join our team as a temporary Investigator. If you have a passion for justice, a keen eye for detail, and knowledge in dealing with discrimination and harassment investigations, this position is for you. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth investigations into allegations of federal and state code violations,administrative rule, and/or statutes.
- Manage a caseload, ensuring investigations are completed within a 90-working-daytimeframe.
- Collect, document, and analyze evidence, maintaining accurate investigative files.
- Compile final case reports that outline your findings in a clear, concise manner.
- Work independently to resolve personnel complaints related to workplace discrimination or harassment.
- Respond to Safe Space Program inquiries and oversee the tracking and monitoring of all incoming investigations.
- Primarily focus on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Hostile Work Environment investigations.
