We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our cannabis retail operations in Watervliet, Michigan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with state laws, and providing excellent customer service. The Store Manager will also be responsible for managing staff, inventory, and cash control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the retail store, including sales, inventory management, and cash control.
- Ensure compliance with state laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment for employees, ensuring high morale and productivity.
- Hire and train staff members, as well as manage employee performance, scheduling, and terminations.
- Create and maintain an efficient and effective work schedule for all staff members.
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the store and increase sales.
- Ensure that all staff members are following store policies and procedures.

Ability to Relocate:
- Watervliet, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
- At least 5 years of upper management experience in a retail setting.
- 2 or more years working in cannabis
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
