What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their go-to contact for all needs
• Use your product expertise to recommend solutions that enhance customer operations and drive sales growth
• Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers
• Deliver effective product presentations, both formal and informal, showcasing the value of our products and services
• Manage the full sales process, from understanding customer needs and creating bids to closing sales and ensuring smooth delivery
• Partner with customers to address their challenges and deliver timely, professional solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate sales records and regularly report progress to management
• Stay up to date on new products, market trends, and industry standards to continuously improve your customer offerings
• Provide support to branch locations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork

What We’re Looking For

• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and close sales
• Solid knowledge of electrical products, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with lighting and gear applications
• Excellent communication skills — you know how to listen, advise, and negotiate effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
• A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Adaptable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to occasionally travel overnight as required
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
