QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:
· High School diploma or equivalent degree is required.
· 2 years of experience in a professional business environment.
· Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office software required.
· Working knowledge of B2E HRIS systems preferred.
· Entail strong written and verbal communications, along with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
· Experience maintaining detailed information regarding time and labor data.
· Ability to effectively work within record software and update files accurately
· Organize and add detailed information to associate time sheets while upholding the policy created by the company.
· Experience maintaining a professional level of privacy in accordance with HIPAA or other relevant regulations
· Ability to uphold confidential information.
· Proven integrity regarding confidentiality, and respect to others is required.
· Exhibit both an aptitude and desire to continue learning new things.
· Exhibit a true team player attitude: personable, professional, flexible, with a high level of integrity.
· Proven effective organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES – HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE VISION include the following, but are not limited to:
· Verify associate time sheets are complete daily, weekly, bi-weekly.
· Review all data for errors and report any unusual findings to management.
· Communicate to associate if any concerns regarding the time sheet, keeping the team leader involved.
· Enter personal customer information into databases as collected from HR Tickets/emails/communications.
· Collect and determine completeness of all information before entering data into software programs.
· Scan and print required documents needed to collect information for data entry.
· Generate weekly and monthly reports regarding time and labor information or areas to be improved upon.
· File and organize paperwork used to enter data into programs to keep a record of original documents
· Continuing education regarding Fait policies and procedures.
· Assist Team Leaders to work through schedule changes ensuring time is worked appropriately.
· Provide excellent service with compassion to the associates of Fait’s family of companies.
· Respond thoroughly and in a timely manner to tickets or requests received by associates through any platform.
· Organize, scan, and save personnel documentation into electronic personnel folders.
· Process reports and update spreadsheets as requested.
· Participate in events committee to assist with details in company events.
· Ensure clear communication is made between all parties; Associate, Team Leader, and HR through documentation of all communication, through email follow ups.
· Utilize project management tracking system to record project/task communications.
· Act as a liaison between the associate and the team leader to ensure successful communication.
· Provide complete support to Human Resources Team effort or other Leadership Team members if needed.
· Follow all state and federal workplace regulations to remain compliant.
· Provide full support of management decisions.
· Ensure documents are organized in a fashion easily accessible to all appropriate HR team members.
· Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required.
· Enthusiastically provide support to the day to day operations of Fait which could be, but is not limited to, picking lenses in the distribution center, cleaning, running errands, etc.

PERSONAL IMPROVEMENT
Fait will provide resources and support, relevant to the position, for education and training as needed. It is the Associate’s responsibility to seek approval, schedule and participate in education and/or training that will prepare him/her for present and future needs. A post training recap may be required. in any fashion at any time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
