Outside Sales Representative

As part of our Outside Sales team, you will be the Ambassador of the organization, building rapport, and doing what is best for our customers. We are looking for motivated and excited individuals that are eager to get out in their local area and build relationships while saving customers time and money!

The Position:

Our Outside Sales Representatives #1 focus is new customer acquisition. Identifying, quoting, and closing new customers is the life blood of this position. We handle all of the operational aspects on the back end so all you have to worry about is building relationships, having fun, and closing new opportunities. Some of what you will be doing includes:

• Sales Development - prospecting leads through your own lead generating activities and through our Sales Development Reps that will be working with you to book appointments with interested prospects.
• Process Execution - We have adopted a proven sales process that leads to a strong closing percentage, all we need is you!
• Continuous Learning - We offer continued training programs that refine your sales skills and ensure you have the support you need to be successful.
• Exciting & Fast Paced Environment - This role will be 100% out in the field speaking to customers. This is not a work from home job, so you can rest assured, you will never be bored!

Perks and Pay:

We pride ourselves in offering flexibility which is why all of our Outside Sales Representatives are brought on as 1099 Independent Contractors. We believe you should have the ability to:

• Build your own schedule
• Select the types of businesses you will be targeting
• Select the locations and markets you want to target
• Drive the amount of sales development support you receive
• Be in control of your earning potential

We offer a robust commission structure that includes upfront commission, overrides, and residual commissions on sold deals for the life of the agreement. The earning opportunities are limitless in this role!

Although this position does not offer a base salary or hourly wage, our top earning representatives are able to make between $50,000 and $60,000 in commissions in their first year and $80,000 - $90,000 in their second year.
