Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Phlebotomy Technician at WVU Medicine Thomas Hospitals in Charleston, WV. The Phlebotomy Technician will be responsible for performing venipuncture, utilizing medical terminology, applying laboratory skills, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
- Medical Terminology and Laboratory Medicine skills
- Experience in Venipuncture techniques
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a laboratory setting
- Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling specimens
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
