Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain proposal resource materials (project profiles, resumes, photos, company narratives).
• Organize and verify the accuracy of personnel and project information.
• Manage digital proposal files and databases to ensure content is current and accessible.
• Assist in gathering, organizing, and compiling proposal content based on client requirements.
• Shadow team members to learn the full proposal process—from initial pursuit to final submission.
• Format and proofread proposal documents for consistency and quality.
• Edit proposal content for clarity, grammar, and cohesiveness.
• Organize technical materials into cohesive, well-structured proposals.
• Learn to create proposal graphics, layouts, and templates.
• Track industry awards and prequalification submissions.
• Support marketing and business development efforts through administrative tasks.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to proofread and edit documents.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, take on new challenges, work both independently and in a team, and apply strong problem-solving skills.
  
  
  

Preferred But Not Required

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
