CDL Utility Person

Utility Person Opportunity Summary : We are seeking an Utility Person with a CDL who is responsible for transporting customer heavy-duty vehicles to / from the company location and the customer facility in a safe and timely manner.Job Duties :

• Safely operate heavy-duty vehicles and keep a clean driving record.
• Document pick-ups and deliveries accurately and follow processes to ensure audit rules are followed.
• Shuttle customer vehicles on the lot, between company locations, and into / out of service bays.
• Test drive vehicles to help identify mechanical issues.
• Pick up and / or deliver parts.
• Represent W.W. Williams positively and professionally to customers and the public.Work Experience & Qualifications :
• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Strong working knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and trailer parts.
• Basic knowledge of heavy-duty truck / trailer maintenance / repair business and the ability to learn mechanical terminology.
