Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance/Make Ready Technician to join our team. The Make Ready Technician will be responsible for preparing residential units for new tenants by ensuring they are clean, functional, and visually appealing.
Duties:
- Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks in residential units
- Perform painting, carpentry work, and minor electrical repairs
- Complete work orders efficiently and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with property management to ensure units meet quality standards
REQUIRED Qualifications:
- Experience in facilities maintenance and residential painting
- Proficiency in reading schematics and using logic controllers
- Ability to weld and fabricate as needed
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
