What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at WW?
We are currently seeking Maintenance Technician applicants for our apartment complex. This individual is responsible for performing maintenance and repair of property buildings, grounds and units to maximize tenant safety and curb appeal. This position also includes, but is not limited to:
Maintaining property standards 100% to company expectation Ensuring a 100% prompt response rate to emergency situations Keeping informed of current industry standards to ensure 100% company compliance to all related rules and regulations. Position Requirements:
* Must possess general knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service include 3 or more years experience
* HVAC Certification required
* Must have strong plumbing and electrical skills
* Must have a reliable means of transportation to/from work
* Must possess strong communication skills
* Must have general knowledge of OSHA, ADA an Fair Housing regulations
* Flexibility work on an on-call basis, including holidays, weekends and nights.
* May use your own tools to perform job as applicable
Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license Strong organizational and planning abilities Proactive/takes initiative/self-motivated Strong work ethic Strong written and oral communication skills Focus on teamwork!!

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
