Mobile Home Community Assistant Property Manager

Currently seeking a professional in the Property Management industry that would join our organization as an Assistant Manager for one of our Mobile Home Park Communities in Mansfield Texas, as we are expanding our team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist the Community Manager in overseeing all daily operations of a multi-family residential community including:

• Monitoring/assisting in all leasing activity
• Processing move-ins/move-outs
• Reviewing and monitoring resident renewals
• Overseeing resident billings and delinquency collections
• Daily and weekly property status reporting
• Scanning and entering bank deposits
• Processing accounts payable invoices
• Coordinating resident events
• Participating in marketing campaigns for print, on-line, and direct mailing advertisements
• Working with maintenance team on community/grounds-related issues
• Supervising and motivating the leasing team to ensure excellent customer service
• Participate in community events
• Delinquency
• Collections

Requirements:

• Must have 2-4 years of residential property management experience
• Able to multi-task and maintain a positive enthusiastic attitude
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Can demonstrate excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Be available to work some Saturdays
• Ability to successfully pass preemployment drug screening and background check

Software Knowledge Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint

Compensation:

• Salary is Dependent on Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
