- Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants
- Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests
- Showing properties to prospective tenants and answering relevant questions
- Preparing and executing detailed and legally compliant lease agreements
- Overseeing all financial procedures including verifying renter income, processing monthly payments and executing default protocols
- Creating organizational systems to support accurate record keeping, efficient financial transactions and prompt renter complaint resolution
- Answering phones and Emails
- Rules and Regulations
- Follow-up on all notices served to tenants for enforcement
- All other community documentation
- Contracting for repairs or other services
- Any rent control or decontrol matters (on re-sales, increases, etc.)
- Spotting of or removal of mobile homes on spaces
- Preparing such records or reports as may be required by manager from time to time
- Report any unusual tenant activities or problems to your Senior property manager
- Experience1 year sales experience and managing storage units/Manufactured housing

- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
