Role Description:
WWA Planning & Investments is seeking a customer focused and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our team in Columbus, Indiana. This role is the backbone of our financial planning and investment management office. As a Client Services Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our office operates smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, offering a friendly and professional presence while managing a variety of critical client focused, administrative, and operational tasks. Your ability to prioritize and manage tasks, coordinate schedules, maintain confidentiality, and uphold meticulous data management practices will contribute to our continued success in serving clients’ financial needs.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead task management and prioritization to ensure office efficiency and the timely completion of client-related and administrative workflows.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients, ensuring alignment with their financial planning needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Manage and maintain client records and data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, updating and managing data to enhance client service and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the financial planning team to support client onboarding, account management, money movement, and other operational processes.
Role Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a professional office setting, preferably in financial services.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
- A high degree of ethical conduct and integrity in handling sensitive client, employee, and firm information.
