What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAD Design Drafter position at WWC Engineering?
WWC has an immediate opening for a CAD Design Drafter. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our engineers and surveyors to assist with a wide range of engineering and surveying projects. These projects may include private and public infrastructure, transportation, land development, energy development (oil & gas, coal, uranium, renewables), water resources, and survey platting. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about advancing their career.
Limited travel may be required, and you must have a valid driver's license.
Requirements:
- Certificate or associate's degree in Drafting/CADD Technology, or equivalent experience in a civil engineering or surveying-related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in civil engineering drafting or a similar role.
- A strong understanding of engineering and surveying terminology and practices is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
Salary : $25 - $35
