Department
WWE Consumer Products is responsible for product development, in-venue retail, and licensing for WWE events and WWEShop.com. This team oversees WWE’s extensive product lines, partnerships, and licenses. Apparel and retail goods (everything from custom event t-shirts to toys) are designed, delivered, and sold at each of WWE’s live events then sold online. There are 2-3 live events weekly across different cities throughout the year.
Responsibilities
We offer internship opportunities across WWE, UFC, and TKO Corporate. Locations include Stamford, CT; Las Vegas, NV, and New York City. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted.
In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking.
Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the intern location.
Important Dates
Our process consists of four steps.
Our program is designed for rising juniors, rising seniors, and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate university, unless otherwise noted.
Candidates must indicate if they now or in the future require Endeavor to commence (“sponsor”) an immigration case in order to employ them (for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration case).
Pay
We offer paid internships; rates vary based on location. Pay rates typically align with local required minimums and vary by country.

Responsibilities
- Learn how to complete CRFs (creative request forms) for retail items for each of WWE shows
- Help ensure that items are shipped on-time to set up on-site stores for each event
- Assist with social development and content as well as marketing and licensing
- Work across departments such as creative services, accounting, and others to design, order, and deliver products for multiple events, weekly
- Assist with on-site set-up when possible and help to prepare team members for success at each event
- Extremely knowledgeable about WWE programming and talent including specific details for retail products; passionate about WWE
- We’re looking for a go-getter and team player, someone who is proactive, well researched, and works well in a fast-paced environment
- Highly detail orientated
- Interest in marketing and consumer goods
- Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint preferred

- By January 24th: Approved internships will post externally.
- February 28th: Applications will be accepted through this date.
- Mid-February: Recruiters will kick off the recruiting process.
- March 1 -April 15th: The interview and selection process will take place.
- The program will be 12 weeks in length.
- May 19th through August 8th

- 4. Offer or Decline. If selected for the position, a recruiter will call to extend an offer. If you have not been selected, a recruiter will reach out to let you know.
