The TKO Global Partnerships Team offers premium brands the opportunity to integrate and activate within WWE’s extraordinarily popular content to engage their massive fan bases around the U.S. and the World. WWE has developed major sponsorship deals with renowned brands such as Slim Jim, Snickers, Take-Two Interactive, C4 Energy, Cricket Wireless, Wingstop, Comcast, and many others. The Global Partnerships team is responsible for securing new and exciting deals and ensuring strong partnerships with existing partners.
Responsibilities
We offer internship opportunities across WWE, UFC, and TKO Corporate. Locations include Stamford, CT; Las Vegas, NV, and New York City. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted.
In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking.
Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the intern location.
Important Dates
Our process consists of four steps.
Our program is designed for rising juniors, rising seniors, and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate university, unless otherwise noted.
Candidates must indicate if they now or in the future require Endeavor to commence (“sponsor”) an immigration case in order to employ them (for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration case).

Responsibilities
- Tracks WWE’s sponsorship assets
- Assists with sponsorship ROI and measurement
- Reaches out to partners as directed to help coordinate events and contract elements
- Assists with preparation for meetings with current and prospective partners
- Research and conceives promotional ideas, monitors what types of events and promotions other sports properties are employing, and relays information to senior members of the Global Partnership team
- Provide support to Sponsorship Sales and the Global Activation Team
- Conduct market research to determine new partner and partnership opportunities
- Track pipelines and providing brand/category research
- Assist with the development of presentations and pitches for new prospects
- Attend meetings and provide written recaps and follow ups with key stakeholders
- Other tasks, duties, and projects as assigned
- Sports Management, Marketing or Business majors, or other programs relevant to business development and sales
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Outgoing friendly personality with excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information

- By January 24th: Approved internships will post externally.
- February 28th: Applications will be accepted through this date.
- Mid-February: Recruiters will kick off the recruiting process.
- March 1 -April 15th: The interview and selection process will take place.
- The program will be 12 weeks in length.
- May 19th through August 8th

- 3. Video Interview with the Hiring Manager. If selected to move forward, you will meet with the hiring manager and potentially 1-2 additional team members.
- 4. Offer or Decline. If selected for the position, a recruiter will call to extend an offer. If you have not been selected, a recruiter will reach out to let you know.
