TKO’s internal audit department is responsible for supporting the company’s control environment by identifying and addressing financial, operational, legal/compliance, and strategic risks. This includes supporting the annual assessment and opinion on the effectiveness of the Company’s internal controls over financial reporting.

We offer internship opportunities across WWE, UFC, and TKO Corporate. Locations include Stamford, CT; Las Vegas, NV, and New York City. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted.
In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking.
Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the intern location.

Our program is designed for rising juniors, rising seniors, and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate university, unless otherwise noted.

Responsibilities
Learn and help perform the execution of SOX and or IA projects including, but not limited to, the following:
- Assist with completing business or IT process documentation, testing and deficiency identification.
- Incorporating auditor skepticism in evaluating processes and controls and raising concerns as appropriate to the Staff or Senior Auditor
- Assist with testing design, implementation, and operating effectiveness of controls through the examination of evidence
- Attending discussions with process and control owners on process and/or control expectations
- Learn and use the internal audit department’s primary software solution, AuditBoard.
- Other tasks, duties, and projects as assigned
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems or related field
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written,
- Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a our fast-paced environment.
- Team player. Willing to learn and grow.

- By January 24th: Approved internships will post externally.
- February 28th: Applications will be accepted through this date.
- Mid-February: Recruiters will kick off the recruiting process.
- March 1 -April 15th: The interview and selection process will take place.
- The program will be 12 weeks in length.
