ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Interact by phone and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-Level executives
Self-generate high value leads by collecting business intelligence and identifying key decision makers
Qualify inbound marketing sourced leads by collecting business intelligence and identifying key decision makers
Work with experienced sales reps to identify and set meetings with high quality prospects
Solution selling; effectively present solutions through cost-benefit analysis
Present a streamlined technology solution developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas and lanes

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Proven success in generating / qualifying leads through prospecting new business with a ‘hunter’ mentality

Effective communicator with strong business acumen and intuition
Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES :

Ability to travel on a weekly basis within the district

Team-oriented peer, with a thirst to compete to be the most valuable player
Business Degree, or equivalent experience

Fast track bonus opportunity for leads generated during first 3 month ramp up
Bonus / commission based on 5-week average margin after ramp!
Promotion opportunity to BDR 2 in 6-12 months, Account Executive in 18 - 24 months, sooner based on performance.
