We are now hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team.
Salary Range: $140k-$160k
How you will contribute to the team:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Provide nursing and administrative direction for our staff
- Strategic leadership and guidance of our nursing services team
- Oversee the utilization of resources to deliver high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other departments for a well-coordinated interdisciplinary approach
Must have:
- Active and valid RN license in the state
- Graduate of approved RN program
- 3-5 years’ experience in a nursing supervisory role, Long Term Care (LTC) is ideal
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
Nice to have:
- BSN
- Experience in SNF
- Experience with PointClickCare
- Leadership principles
