- 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- TruChart EHR
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
