What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trade Marketing Specialist position at WX?

The role will support the Trade Marketing team by being a key contributor in all aspects of launching and implementing national and regional retail and on premise programs, from creative to operational functions.Other key aspects include working across a spectrum of internal clients including Brand Management, Creative Services and Sales partners; third party vendor and production suppliers. This role provides day-to-day oversight of various Marketing processes and supports VP of Trade Marketing and Senior Manager of National Account Marketing.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Dedicated support for Trade Marketing Department including but not limited to managing the creation and implementation of national retail and on premise programs across key focus brands
- Submit Creative projects per management directives; work with Creative and Marketing team to see projects thru to completion
- Manage the ordering process, roll up of orders against budgets and coordination of files with print vendors and creative department.for National Seasonal and FLOW point of sale
- Coupon administration including working with vendor to set up new coupons for print, setting up and managing run rate on digital clip coupons for National Accounts and completing monthly redemption budget reconciliation across all coupons
- Work with team and sales to support the creation of key regional programs for focus markets by brand including sell sheets. regional display and point of sale needs
- Mange the print and premiums on demand website for regional orders by sales
- Insuring the Trade Portal is up to date with any program sell sheets or ready to print POS files
- Manage trade visit request to winery tasting rooms
- Ad Hoc coordination on premium orders with vendors
- Invoice processing and coding (reconcile budgets monthly against P&L / GL reports)
- Develop and send monthly sales communication with scores, sell sheets, PR news, etc
- Create and update National Retail program powerpoints
- Learn and use the basics of AC Nielsen and PowerBiassist in ad hoc data pulls and analysisExperiences
- Effective project management skills - ability to execute on-time and within budget.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Skilled with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Detail oriented, organized, and deadline drivenPosition Requirements
- 4 year college degree
- 2 years relevant experience, preferably in the Wine and Spirits Industry
- Excel and Powerpoint skills
- High attention to detail
