As an Assistant Foreman at WxTite you will be able to:
- Assist the Foreman in supervising the installation of commercial roofing systems.
- Provide labor projections and material inventory for projects.
- Supervise subcontractors.
- Attend weekly jobsite meetings.
- Provide training for crew and subcontractors.
- Quality control.
- Conduct meetings with crew and subcontractors.
- Ability to read drawings and details.
- Ability to climb ladders, stairways and scaffolding.
Our ideal Assistant Foreman candidate will have:
- 1-5 years of commercial roofing experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to travel (When local work is not available).
