AWARENESS WEEKEND STAFF:
6 AWARENESS WEEKEND COORDINATORS
Duties include but are not limited to:
Coordinate all mandatory trainings and preparation meetings for staff. Plan and secure workshop speakers in alignment with retreat goals. Create a detailed itinerary that fosters students' social and emotional growth. Develop and manage the program budget. Supervise all staff roles (facilitators, assistants, etc.) and ensure smooth retreat operations. Lead and oversee the execution of the entire Awareness Weekend retreat. Full availability during the entire retreat weekend, including overnight stay. Some follow-up responsibilities post-retreat (e.g., evaluations, debriefing).
Qualifications:
NYS Secondary Teaching Certification, grades 9-12 preferred.
Immediate Supervisor: Mr. Paul Sibblies
Effective Date: Immediate
Duration: Weeks Preceding and including Awareness Weekend (May 17—18, 2025)
Hours: Total of 36 hours
Stipend: $2,500.00
