Human Resource Coordinator / Recruiter
Assist all departments with questions and concerns. Must maintain confidential information. The greeting of people must be friendly and courteous and provide a good "first impression."
DUTIES :
- Provide courteous and friendly response when communicating with Hourly and Salaried Teammates
- Lead all Recruiting, onboarding and orientation for all new employees.
- Provide clerical assistance to Human Resources, including word processing and other necessary projects
- Organize and maintain office supplies in the HR area
- Greet people in a friendly and courteous manner
- Communicate via telephone or email with internal and external customers
- Perform miscellaneous duties in support of all Human Resources staff
- Assist with FMLA forms
- Complete new hire i-9's
WORK ENVIRONMENT :
Must be able to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer. Must have High School diploma or equivalent. Must maintain confidentiality of all matters. Requires friendly, courteous approach at all times. Requires ability to work with all other departments and maintain a good rapport with other staff members. Must be able to adapt to any situation as it happens. Must have strong basic math skills. Must be able to communicate in English clearly in both verbal and written form. Working conditions are normal for an office environment. This is an onsite position.
