As a Construction Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing client relationships within the construction industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients, including homeowners, contractors, and commercial property owners, to generate new business opportunities.
- Sales Presentations & Consultations:
Meet with clients to understand their construction needs, present solutions, and explain services/products in detail.
- Contract Negotiation & Closing Sales:
Provide proposals and estimates, negotiate contract terms, and close sales in a timely and effective manner.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and regular follow-ups.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities. Network within the local community and construction industry.Work closely with the operations and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.Track sales activities, monitor performance against targets, and report results to management.
