Office Assistant
We have an immediate opening for a full time office assistant with the following skills and experience to join our team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Routine clerical tasks.
- Professionally represent the office.
- Prepare reports, letters and other documents.
- Conduct research, prepare customer files and manage information requests.
- Establish a rapport with customers and develop confidence in company services.
- Maintain a positive attitude and flexibility while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional sense of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and also work collectively with associates.
- Fast and accurate typing, advanced skills in Microsoft suite and internet research.
- Ability to solve practical problems, manage changing priorities and meet deadlines in a high volume fast paced environment.
Formal Education and Certification:
- Achievement of high school diploma or equivalent (GED) Associate Degree in related field preferred.
