Lawn Care Crew Leader

Crew Lead will be responsible for:

• Supervising all maintenance services of crew, ensuring that crew has all materials and tools needed to complete daily work.
• Overseeing tool and equipment maintenance assigned to that crew.
• Working with supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and all jobs are completed correctly.
• Safely transporting crew from jobs.

Skills:

• At least 1 year of landscape and maintenance experience is preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.

Requirement:

• Must 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass drug screening
• Valid drivers license
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 70-80 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
