Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of lawn care professionals in daily operations.
- Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance during landscaping tasks.
- Train new crew members on best practices in groundskeeping and landscape maintenance.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.
