About the Role
As a full-time paralegal, your contributions will ensure our legal team operates efficiently and provides timely, well-informed guidance to leadership and staff. Are you ready to join in this transformational work?
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the supervising attorney on day-to-day matters of the office.
- Serve as a liaison between the supervising attorney and staff.
- Conduct legal research, synthesize findings and draft reports for leadership review.
- Prepare initial drafts of legal documents for review and finalization.
- Oversee charitable registration processes and manage intellectual property renewals.
- Manage special projects and coordinate details, including those involving consultants or outside counsel.
- Gather and compile documents in response to external requests.
- Provide support to executive leaders on projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
You hold a paralegal degree or certificate with a minimum three to five years of experience as a paralegal.

- You have prior experience using legal technology resources, such as CLM software.
- You’re proficient in Google Drive, Microsoft 365 applications, legal research software like LEXIS and emerging LegalTech applications.
- You demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification).
Preferred Skills
- You have a bachelor's degree in paralegal studies.
Pay range and compensation package
$59,800-$69,600
Job Location: Orlando, FL You must be legally authorized to work in the United States as per U.S. employment laws.
